Again

Customer said I was rude:
  •  Unprofessional tonality
  • No extra-mile greeting

I apologize and explained : 
  • Sore-throat
  • No intention to rude at all because customer called for normal request (bill) 
  • I'm truly sorry
She couldn't accept my explanations and apology.


When this kind of thing happen, I feel that I'm not suitable with this job. I think it is time for me to move on, leave this comfort zone.
